How do you create a national brand from two legacy companies?

Chris Downie sat down recently with SBI CEO, Matt Sharrers, to share insights on merging two regional companies to create one national brand, including best practices deployed in the creation of Flexential in 2017 from legacy companies Peak 10 and ViaWest. With 25 years of finance and operations experience ranging from raising capital for communications and technology companies to multiple CEO roles, Chris’ unique perspective ranges from startups to later stage companies.
