ViaWest’s Tamara Prazak and Jeanine Sicinski Recognized as Two of CRN’s 2016 Women of the Channel
Denver, CO – May 18, 2016– ViaWest, a leading provider of Hybrid IT Solutions and Colocation in North America, today announced that CRN® a brand of The Channel Company, has named Tamara Prazak, senior manager, channel strategy & marketing at ViaWest, and Jeanine Sicinski, channel marketing manager at ViaWest (following an acquisition of INetU), to its prestigious 2016 Women of the Channel list. The women executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision, and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.

CRN editors select the Women of the Channel honorees on the basis of their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise and ongoing dedication to the IT channel. Over the past year, Prazak played a key role in shifting ViaWest’s product focus to a broader set of Hybrid IT Solutions for the channel. She did this by executing regional partner engagement strategies to emphasize 1:1 relationships and collaborating with corporate and regional marketing teams to create and implement a successful marketing outreach program for partners and their customers. As a result of her efforts, ViaWest’s channel achieved significant double-digit growth in bookings, and remains a critically strong component of the company’s sales engine.
Sicinski led channel efforts at INetU prior to its acquisition by ViaWest in December 2015. In addition to growing and managing the INetU ecosystem of 200+ partners, Sicinski implemented a process and microsite for channel development, marketing and nurture. Through her initiatives, INetU reached an average yearly channel sales growth of 273% from 2012-2015, and accounted for nearly half of new business sales revenue prior to the company’s acquisition. Moving forward, Sicinski will continue to manage channel activities for ViaWest in the northeast.
