Coronavirus (COVID-19) Communications Update
Dear Valued Customers and Partners,
We find ourselves in unprecedented, uncertain times in the world – adjusting and modifying our lives in the face of this global Coronavirus pandemic. Here at Flexential, our team continues to operate our mission-critical business to ensure our customers have the IT infrastructure on which they depend, particularly in times of crisis. Our customers, partners, vendors and employees are at the forefront of our minds in everything we do.
As part of our long-term service continuity planning, Flexential created, prepared and tested specific processes to respond to a pandemic. While we did not ever expect to implement these contingency procedures, we have been closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and are executing accordingly as this situation unfolds.
Flexential has made changes in our data center access as a result of our business continuity measures and to ensure we are complying with public health guidance and governmental regulations.
- Effective Monday, March 30, 2020, we moved to a shelter-in-place posture at all Flexential data centers. You can get the most up-to-date information about access to our data centers by visiting our online resource center – Click here.
- Our facilities are closed to everyone other than Flexential personnel and customer staff for mission-critical work.
- If you require urgent and critical access to the facility, please open a case via the Customer Portal to submit an appointment request. You can also contact Flexential Customer Support at 833-264-3539 or email email@example.com.
Our business is colocation, cloud as well as managed and professional services. As such, our cloud customers, along with our colocation customers, will continue to have their infrastructure available to focus on their core businesses.
We are committed to delivering you our reliable, highly secure IT solutions and understand how we must all work together to implement pandemic requirements and processes. Working collectively, we will maintain critical infrastructures and persevere through this crisis together.
Please stay safe.
