Coronavirus (COVID-19) Communications Update
Dear Valued Customers,
Life in the time of COVID-19 has brought us many longer-term changes. Chief among them are the enhanced safety procedures we have all adopted from social distancing and increased cleaning processes to wearing masks or face coverings. We see and honor the dedication, resiliency and humanity of all our employees, customers, partners, colleagues and community members behind those masks.
As you can see from our own Flexential frontline team, we continue to operate our customers’ mission-critical IT infrastructure while adhering to these safety guidelines. We are following our business continuity plan and are assessing the best approach to return our facilities to normal operations.
Flexential’s current processes in response to the Coronavirus remain in effect, including restricted access to our data centers, scheduling appointments, service or Remote Hands requests, and the requirements for all persons to wear a cloth face covering when entering a Flexential facility. We are committed to keeping you informed and will communicate any changes to these procedures immediately.
