ViaWest Garners Channel Recognition

CRN names ViaWest executive Jason Nance a 2017 Channel Chief, includes ViaWest among 2017 Data Center 100.

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Feb. 27, 2017 – ViaWest has received recognition by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, on the 2017 Data Center 100 list for the second consecutive year. Also, ViaWest Senior Vice President of Sales Jason Nance has been named to CRN’s 2017 Channel Chiefs.

With nearly 20 years of sales and leadership experience, Nance has an extensive background in the managed IT services, colocation, cloud and disaster recovery industry. In his previous role as Senior Vice President of Sales at SunGard Availability Services (AS), Nance was responsible for helping to create the SunGard AS sales strategy and the creation of new products and services, both of which were instrumental in SunGard AS' expansion and growth, as well as the 2014 successful spinoff from SunGard Data Systems to be an independent $1.4 billion company. Earlier in his career, Nance worked in the financial services SaaS industry, selling treasury and risk management software to the Fortune 1000. His focus on creating value in operational efficiencies, providing risk mitigation and demonstrating overall shareholder value paved the way for his later move into IT services.
