Flexential Customer Commitment

Here at Flexential, we strive to accelerate our customers’ success through people and technology. As part of our collaborative approach to doing business, we recently asked our customers what information they value most in ongoing communications in an online survey.

Customers told us that the most valuable content to their business is industry insights, news and trends. They also said product and solution updates from Flexential are helpful, along with information about upcoming events and customer success stories. In addition, the majority of customers asked for monthly frequency for their preferred communication tool – a customer newsletter.

To deliver on our commitment to putting the customer in the center of everything we do, Flexential is launching an enhanced communications approach. Customers can expect to receive monthly communications from us through the e-newsletter Customer Connect as well as periodic emails, social media posts and up-to-date news on our company website. We will provide content and communications to customers that informs, elevates and enhances day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.
